FULL 2023 EVENT DETAILS

We are very happy to announce that the festival will happen in the same location as 2022 (Cenote Dos Palmas inside Dos Ojos Park) with some amazing improvements on site to create a safe and enjoyable experience.

➢ New larger general admission check-in location: Tulum Mágico parking lot (near the Tulum Ruins)

➢ Tulum Mágico parking lot will comprise more staff (security, scanners & assistance) and more infrastructure (toilets & top up stations)

➢ Work on the roads has been implemented over the past month to mitigate any potential blockage

➢ Increased amount of buses which will be running continuously between the check-in location and the festival site

NEW CHECK-IN LOCATION:

Please note this will be the ONLY WAY to access the festival. Please do not attempt to enter through the Dos Ojos entrance. You must go to Tulum Mágico to get your wristband and then take the shuttle to the event.

TRANSPORT TO THE FESTIVAL

Parking space at Tulum Magico is extremely limited.

We highly recommend that you use public transportation, bicycles, motorbikes and taxis to get to Tulum Magico. For those that choose to drive, the limited parking is available on a first come first served basis and is chargeable in cash. If you do drive, please arrange car sharing to reduce the number of cars coming to the parking lot.

Please also note that for your security, the police and other authorities will be present.

Driving under the influence of alcohol is illegal and this will be monitored.

TICKETS

The event will be open from 4pm (Jan 9th) until Close (Jan 10th). Last entry is 3am. There is no re-entry.

No tickets will be sold on the door. You can still purchase the last few remaining final release tickets here.

There is NO GUESTLIST at Day Zero. No tickets/barcode = no entry.

Please have it ready on your phone to speed up the entry process.

If you bought a “Sunset Ticket” and arrive after 7pm, you will be asked to pay an extra $80 at the door.

XXTRA LOST: Please follow the signs in order to jump the queue.

CASHLESS

All transactions on the festival site will need to be done via your RFID wristband, which you will pick up at the check-in location.

You will be able to load your wristbands in Tulum Magico before you board the buses (credit cards only) and in the 12 Cashless points with more than 50 cashiers inside the event (cash and credit cards).

Bar prices are inclusive of VAT and tips.
